Rights in minor property

My grandfather purchased a house in my father's name when my father age is 16 (State - Andhra Pradesh). My grandfather and grandmother had expired. My father has one younger sister. Is my aunt has any right to claim that residential property?

If she has, what is the document we need to get signed by her?

Quick Summary
A query arises regarding property rights in Andhra Pradesh. A house was purchased in a father's name when he was 16, with his parents (now deceased) being the original purchasers. The question is whether his sister (the aunt) has any claim to the property. A bank's legal advisor previously suggested the aunt's signature was needed for mortgage papers, leading to further questions about her potential rights and the documentation required, such as a gift deed.

@Querist,

Your question gives me an impression that your aunt is illiterate or less educated. I am sorry.

Thank you.

Hello sir,

I got this query because when we approached one bank for a loan (7 years back), the legal advisor of that bank said that my aunt should also sign mortgage papers. Is that right?

Your aunt can execute gift deed and register the same.
