All those directions from Local Bodies and Governments declared must be followed.  There are no exclusive rights and duties due to covid and those apply to pandemics apply like QUARANTINE, medical treatment, isolation etc.

The COVID crisis is a hype and overstatement. The only duty is to maintain scientific temper as enshrined under Article 51A of the Constitution.
