Dear All

Please suggest me whether father have power to sell ancestral property to his younger son wife to cheat his elder son. My lawyer say father has right to sell it. Please confirm should i file case or no hope for me.

No, father does not have right to sell ancestral property of his adult son unless 1.Son has signed a no objection document. OR 2. Son is lunatic and cannot take care of himself.
