I am an educated , skilled person with 5 years of work experience in corporate sector.
due to family conditions I had to leave my job. Now if I want to work , can I ask The government to help me ???
I heard there is an article in our constitution (article 41) which gives me right to work. If yes How can I proceed for the same???

Instead of it post your Vitae at various job portals and to various job consultants,placement consultants and activate your old contacts.

The provision of Art. -41 you quoted, has been made in the sense not only educated like you but also for the undeserved wanting to be employed, as this has been aims our constitution maker for the India to be welfare state.
