Right To information ACT

Hi All,

My brother wife filed 498A case against all my family members. Now we all came out on bail. Near future I am planning to go for quashing (once polces file charge sheet), could you please tell what documents I need to go for quashing?

Can I get the ceritified copy of FIR under Right To information ACT ?

If so,  what is the procedure to use RTI ACT to get certified copy of FIR ?

Thanks,

Masthan

Yes, you can get it under RTI. Just dtraft an application, pay Rs.10 as appln fee (see what means fee is to be paid IPO/court fee stamp etc.) and ask for the copy of FIR.
