Right of wife in inherited property

Hi,

DV and divorce is ongoing with my wife, have two kids. My father has inherited some land in Delhi from his father (my grandfather). Now my question is does my wife and kids have any right over the inherited property, even while my father is still alive. If yes, how can I safeguard it.

Regards,

Ajay

if case is pending or running they have the right in property and after the dv case is completed they have

the right to compensation from your salary and property....

always in remind that wife and child is equal partener in your parental and own property ......law is always in favour of wife and children.......please

During maintenance/alimony cases, court would want to know your earnings, assets/liabilities, wife's earnings, her assets/liability, since your father has inherited the property he is the rightful owner, you cannot show the property as your asset.

IRBM law can change all that, hence you need to tread cautiously.
