Right of Way

if the neighbour has a way to the property approximately 1.5 metre can he claim extra land from his neighbour for car acess.what are the rules prevailing for right of way.My neighbour has already 1.5 metre way and he is pressurizing me to give 1.5 metre extra way.if I go to court shall I win.
