In my opinion does not bar your brother to claim his share

In case of a will that is ultimagte if probated . Else he has same rights.

On bith of person sucession opens. So change of religion later will not effect to his property.

A convert from Hinduism does not incur any disqualification with respect to the proprietary rights. His legal heirs would though.

dear your brothers rights will remain as it is as he is born hindu

no law can deprive him from his rights

but his children born after the conversion will not get those rights over the property see section 26 hindu succession amendment act 2005
