Right of legal heirs prop. used by one legal heir for buss.

Sir,

Mr. P was running a business and deceased leaving behind wife A, Son's K, R, and S, K was studing and R & S continued the business in their name using the premises of father. 

Mr. K and S got seperated after 10 years. Mr. R has acquited the property in his name from earnings made from the business. However he didn't paid any rent or compensation to other legal heir. 

Now other legal heir content that they should get share in same as the he was using the inherited premises earning from which has been used to acquire property in name of R.

Q: a) Whether the contention of other legal heirs K & S correct?

   b) Can they demand their share in reasonable rent for inherited property used by legal heir R along with reasonable interest instead of share in property acquired  by R in his name?
