My Grandfather bought one property. he had 3 sons. Now my grandfather and one of his son( my father) expired. 2 sons of grandfather are alive. one has 3 daughters and other has 2 sons. We are also two brothers.
last mutation was done on my grandfather name. Now one of my Uncle having possession on property and not ready to give our part. Can u suggest what can be done. Is it possible to sell our part by undivided registry to somebody. If yes how our part will be decided.
