Freezed Bank account would it be counted as Interferance and obstrcution to the judicial process?As CHS could not challange order of Registar on account of non payment of professional fees to their Lawyer.

Now the Said CHS,in Andheri (EAST),MUMBAI-400093 having no passage electricity lights,no water inspite of paying all taxes for 20 long years & appointed administator putting life and property of members in danger,My question is Governement servant working for harrasing senior citizen and all powers do they enjoy to abuse and harrase  law abiding citizens?and all this in order to protect crime and criminals?

Such plight of citizen in mumbai,normally learned,what about positions in rural massive illetate population?
