Right of daughter

sir,

 

       my mother father has 2 sons and 1 daughter.my mother married on 1987.my grand father having 20 acres

of land which was acquired by selling 4 acres of ancestral property.now my question is as per hindu

succession Act 2005 ,is my mother is eligible for the property of my grand father ?

2)Is there any latest supremecourt judgemebt on this issue ?

respected querist ,

if the property is still un partioned and in name of your maternal grandfather then your mother have equal right on that property

Unless the property is trasferred by a registered document, your mother could claim an

equal right over  it
