Inwhich capacity? During lifetime of the husband only the seaprated wife has got right of attachment on some portion of the retirement benefit whereas in normal circumstances the wife and other legal heirs have got equal share after death of the said person?

HELLO SIR ,I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR QUESTION BECAUSE OF THAT WHAT IS THE MEAN THAT WIFE HAVE A RETIREMENT BENEFIT RIGHT .SHE ALSO HAVE A RIGHT ON UR PENSION AFTER U ,AND AFTER THE DEATH OF WIFE NEW RULE THE PENTION IS TRANSFERED TO UR UNMARRIED,WIDOW DAUGHTER ALSO .
