Right in grandfather's property

Respected all

 

Minor girl's grandfather died and grandmother is alive, can minor girl has a legal right in the property in the name of grandmother

2. is minor girl has right if property of grandfather already distributed in their children

3. in which circumstances and how minor girl can claim the right in the property of grand father or grandmother

If the property is the self acquired property of the grand father it will devolve according to the will, if any made by him during his lifetime. If he died without a will, all the legal heirs will succeed equally to the property. She has no right in the property of her grand father during the lifetime of her father.

Endorse what has been said above, but with a rider if the property devolves by sucession - and father of minor girl gets share - then minor girl is not compltely ousted of her share - the father's share is ancestral vis-a-vis the girl - and he forms a coparcenory with his daughter each sharing equally.
