Hi Experts,
I booked a apartment in Pune India in Jan 2010 and yet not registred. Because of some reasons, i would like to register it either on my Father or some relatives name.
My question is, how i can get assured that this property will be returned to me by relative without any legal dispute after 4-5 years.
What are the best ways to get done this?
