revocation of recovery certificate

after granting recovery certificate, whether parties can compromise out of court and court can revoke recovery certificate.

if the parties settle out of court, then statement of both the parties shall be recorded before the court that payment in question has been made to the satisfaction of decree and recovery certificate proceedings shall in accordance with such statements be disposed off.
