consumer protection Act 1986----sections12 17 21(b)-a complaint wasfiled before district forum against opposite party for deficiencyof service in repairing car . dismissed. moved state commission whereupon the appeal was dismissed.can the applicant take shelter of national commission in revision? anyfees for revisional application?pl enlighten.
