Maintenence rejected in family court as well High court, she filed for Review petition in high court and case is on pre admission.
There has been no date given by high court and is 9 months now.....
what does it imply, petiton rejected ....?
If so shudnt there be judgement of review petition dismissed.....?
What further action required by us...?

I presented her IT returns which she had denied.
She is having high education, capable of earning.
Some of her other incomes
Also, marraige lasted only 3 months.

I have similar situation.. marriage lasted for less than 6 months. Girl was working till 498a was filed.
During her cross examination she lied in the court that she is not working and living in Kanpur. However, I have all the documents which can prove that she is lying
How was in your case? Did she give any false statement? if yes are you planning to file IPC 340,/Purjry?
