Respected Experts,
Kindly clarify the following,
Familly Court granted divorce to husband on contest.
Wife challenged the same before the High Court. But the HC upheld Family Court judgment and dismissed wifes petition.
Now the wife has filed a Review Petition before the High Court.
Will it succeed ?

It would be refered to a larger bench based on point of law to check ommitance and incorrectness only. If everything was done correctly, why still a doubt???
