Review of suspension for bank employee

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Bank employee suspended since more than 4 months due to some financial irregularities , till date no charge sheet has been served and subsistence allowance is being paid at the rate of 50%.If there is any provision for revision of suspension and increase in subsistence allowance after 90 days for Bank employee though my order says that suspension order is valid till it is reviewed by the issuing authority.
