Review

When I'm not a party of order or there is no notice that is served for me.

Should I prefer the review application against the order?

Can I approach the High Court for quashing such an order of the Tehsildar in which order is impacting upon my property?

Quick Summary
If a Tehsildar's order negatively affects your property and you weren't properly notified or involved, you have options. You can typically file an appeal with the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) or District Collector. Depending on the specifics of the order and the facts of your case, approaching the High Court to quash the order may also be a possibility.
