restore application for execution

If an order has been passed dismissing an application for default under section 105(2) order 21 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the application for restoration must be filed only within a period of 30 days from the date of the said order. In case the period of 30 days has already expired, you cannot file an application for restoration if your case cannot be condoned.
