Responsibility

I engage expert laborer who has good experience in climbing coconut trees and plucking out coconuts for me. This job is required to be done at least once in two months.

Though they are experts and usually nothing untoward happens, I would like to know the responsibility of the person who engage tgis type of workers for a casual job, in case of any injury or death to the laborer.

As per Workmans compensation Act/ law you are held liable if any injury or death cause to the labourer during the work for you... for compensation...

As you are the principle owner...
