RESPONDED DIED DURING PENDING OF WRIT PETITIONS

sir I am petitioner and I filed writ petitions against stay order and case pending in SDM court .
high court issued notice and responded filed vakalat nama but before filing reply in writ petition he was died.
now I want to proceed further.
what I will do .
kindly suggest me .

Quick Summary
If the respondent in your writ petition has passed away before filing a reply, you'll need to take specific legal steps. The recommended course of action is to file a petition to implead the legal representatives (LRs) of the deceased respondent. It's advisable to consult with your advocate to navigate this process and ensure all necessary procedures are followed correctly.

You will be required to file a petition to implead LRs of the deceased respondent.

You may be in touch with your advocate for all such further issues.

File petition to implead LRs of deceased respondent.
