Hi,
I worked for a pvt organisation as Accounts Manager. During my probation, HR manager and Sales manager interfered in my work and used to distrub my work. They always report to Management in negative about me for which I received blasts without my mistake. I resigned for job stating the reasons by mail on 20th feb 2011. i did not receive any response for that from the company.
My salary was not processed. I want to know about further step. Please guide me.

Ok Mr Kalika you wait for some more days and you send a letter to you higher authorities and further you may file a complaint to the assistant commissioner of labour for your problem.
