Resignation queries

Sir,

I joined as an office assistant on 26.11.2019.After that i got an another job on 21.01.2021 as a govt. School teacher. I resigned my 1st job on 22.01.2021. I joined as teacher 22.01.2021. But unfortunately the Highcourt announced the postponement of this recruitment and i resigned this job. I rejoined my previous job because my resignation did not accepted by my employer...after 10 days highcourt withdraw the postponement of this recruitment...

Please tell me the process is legal or not?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the legality of an individual rejoining their previous role as an office assistant after resigning to take up a government school teacher position. The teacher role was initially subject to a High Court stay of recruitment, leading to the resignation from the office assistant job. However, the High Court later withdrew the stay, prompting questions about the validity of returning to the former employer, especially since the initial resignation may not have been formally accepted.

you cant join back as you have already joined the job. HC has only postpone it and not quashed the recruitment.

Actually the word is not postponement...

Hc declares Stay of the recruitment...

I typed it wrong.
