Resignation ...

Dear Experts,

      I am a Delhi Govt. employee  working since 2002 on permanent basis.

I want to contest the Lok Sabha election if any party gives a ticket to me.

for this purpose , may   i be allowed to tender a technical resignation or  simple resignation ???

In case i lost the election, may i be allowed to withdraw my  resignation and to be continue in service ???
