Residential Layout Plan is approved by UDA. And while making a Layout, if landowners do not complete forming of the road as per plan. Means if they leave the gap of few meters by not forming road only in that much meter? Intentionally for not giving road to adjusant land.
1. Is this allowed?
2. Is Road approach is considered for the adjusant land, because plan is approved & in plan road approach is their. But while making of the road, just few meters left not constructing.
