I need help regarding one old plot of my grandfather which is located in the suburbs of Mumbai and is under Reservation for Municipal Market.
Property was purchased long back in 1970's and was and is still under "RM" Reservation for Municipal Market , but we have not got or taken any compensation for the same in the form of TDR or in any other form, from the BMC.
They still have not used the property for the purpose of making a municipal market , it still stands vacant.
I wanted to know few things,
1. If we are still eligible to get any compensation from the BMC for our property ?
2. Or is there any time restriction to make the claim for compensation ?
3. And where to get details for the same ?
Kindly help me as i am finding it difficult in getting proper guidance for the same.
