I have purchased resale flat around 1.9 years ago in Dhanraj Park, Kaspatewasti, Wakad, Pune. I have paid society transfer fees of 25,000/- Rs, despiste of that my name has not been reflected into society shares certificate of old flat owner. I had requested few days back but they told to pay society membership fees of 10,000/- Rs.
My flat is constructed 15 years ago and completed 3 years after that.
How much is the Society Chrages for resale flat:

Rahul as per the bye laws, there are membership fees to be paid to the society as in INCOMING MEMBER.therefore seek for clarification.

Also, there are the bye laws which a society adopts and gives some power to the MC to adopt to the running and maintainance of the Society.
Do find out if the New chs bye laws are accepted in your society. is a resolution passed for the same?

1. In Maharashtra, the following is applicable, for Transfer of Membership.
a) 500/- as Membership Transfer Fees
b) 100/- as Membership Entrance Fees
c) 25000/- as Share Transfer Premium
2. Any demand by the Society, beyond the above, is a Criminal Offence of Extortion and Cheating.
