Dear Experts
I have booked a flat in Naturvue Apartments, Jaypee Sports City, Greater Nioda in 2013. Provisional Allotment Letter has stated that customer will get possession with in three years but they have not even started yet the construction work. Few months back, I came to know that the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has cancelled building plan of this project.
I would be grateful if experts provide some advice to me that this complaint can be filed under RERA Act because UP RERA portal is operational now?
