RERA Applicability

Sir,
is RERA act applicable for commercial building constructed entirely from own fund and bank loan

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the applicability of the RERA Act to commercial buildings constructed using private funds and bank loans. It confirms that registration with the state's RERA authority is compulsory, regardless of the funding source. A recent circular mandates RERA registration for the sale agreement of any property to be registered, making compliance essential.

Hello,

As per me if you are developing commercial building out of own fund and bank loan still you have to register with RERA authority of your state.

latest circular from the Revenue and Forest Department has made it compulsory and has notified that no agreement for sale for any property would be registered without RERA registration. So registration under R E R A is compulsory.
