Requisites for attachment and sale of agriculture land

we have obtained a decree against a person who was a defaulter of hand loan.we want to execute the decree.we have found the agricultural land situated in telangana state in the ROR registry but could not find any sale deed w.r.t the survey numbers mentioned in the ROR. Can we ask the court to attach the property basing the ROR and go for further execution.Please suggest replies are highly appreciated.

Which court has passed the decree? File execution petition in court who passed the decree. Yes you can ask for attachment and if the property will not fall within court's jurisdiction then court will refer the execution order of attachment and refer the same to concern court for execution of attachment.
