Required home loan for flat booked my fiancee and me

But the issue here is that My fiance and me are both of us are co- owners of the booked flat(fa;t is already booked and 20% paymnet is done). Now when i apply for a home loan the bank says that both the co owners need to be co applicants for the home loan. And as per bank rules the loan applicants must be married or blood relations.But we are going to get married in march.

Please suggest the options available to me.
