Required devasthan inam land for kabrastan

Hello Sir , i am living in Gadhinglaj Dist. Kolhapur Maharashtra. We have old Muslim Kabrastan in centre of our city.it was so old and today the space for burial is not sufficient as the population was increased.We have 1 acre land beside to Kabrastan titled Devasthan Inam Land which was of Manjan Pir Dargah which was situated in Kabrastan Land.All the community members demanding this Land for Kabrastan Pls suggest how to acquire this Land for Kabrastan Purpose.

If this land belongs with any kind of Trust or any AOP then its not possible but yes if any owner is the person then by reques donation or purchasing such land will be the owner of the waqf board or such commitee belongs with the kabristan, as to avoid the clashes please check the senior pactishner of that area

Can we demand the Land from Waqf Board As they are the owner of all muslim religious premises ? And is it valid to form trust in there own name for the land which was Devasthan Inam ?
