There is no such complaint to be filed by either of the parties to the arbitration because this relates with the report of the arbitrator.

Thanks for your reply, Our Arbitrator not agree , arbitrator can not refer to court, Please provide any petition copy filed before the hon,ble court.

But arbitratyorinform us to file conetempt petition as he is just a arbitrator (lawyer), we habe to file a contempt petition at HD-general secretatry, than cpurt will take action acoingly
