Hi All,
I am fighting false matrimonial cases. So far, based upon my observation I felt that judge is perverse/biased and taking decision against me without a reasonable cause.
I wish to know, is there any legal remedy though which I can seek clarification from biased judge for all his preserve decisions taken till the date? Can I post reverse questions to judge seeking clarification on his decision taken? Basically, I am interested to know what all rights respondent is having in case of court matter!
Please let me know your thoughts.
