Request for guidance

I have decided to purchase an apartment in Ambernath, The apartment is constructed on Collector allotted land. Do I need NOC from Collector to carryout registration formalities. If yes whether present owner has to apply or the purchaser, how to apply to collector office-formalities Please advice Regards Bhushan

More details are required on the details of your property. Is it a newly constructed property or are you buying it from anyone. If the property already belongs to anyone insist on them to have the property registered. That way it is better to you. it is requireed that the present owner have the house registered.
