Request for document under crpc 91

this section is 91 crpc and is not applicable to civil cases such as Divorce case. for criminal trial, you can file it at the time of defence evidence.

Yes ,application us 91 of Cr.P.C can be filed at the stage of defence evidece.

Can a CrPC 91 be filed sooner if it is for time-sensitive information such as cell tower records that will be destroyed soon?

for divorce case which section can be used to request the court for getting the required documents.....and in dowry case can we request to go through the documents first yet to receive ordered to get under crpc 91 and then please frame the charges as the required documents are very important and will help to clear the picture in charges framing

you should filed an application u/o 11 rule 14 of CPC before the hon'ble court for Production of Documents.

Rule 14. 

Application U/s 91 could be filed at any stage if it is required at that stage for the court consideration to pass any orders....

Ideally, if case is false and to prove the same this application can be filed immediately saying that these documents reveals that case is false and accused/respondent may be granted appropriate relief.

No need to wait till evidence stage because sometimes some documents mat destroy due to its age... hence need to collect early otherwise what is the need for the police to collect all necessary evidence early.
