My Reimbursement Claim of Group Medical Insurance Policy " MahaBank Swasthya Yojana " , which is governed by MOU between Insurance Co & Bank is repudiated by quoting Policy Condition not covered in MOU .
What action under IPC can be taken for such Repudiation

Hello Mr. Gokhale, You dont have remedy in IPC, You have remedy in Consumer Court if you feel that your claim is very well within the ambit of terms and conditions of the group policy.
