Yes, it may affect copyright of author.

If you are raising the issue of question papers in a Board/University examinations, there are many ways to publish the same without violating any provisions if any.  Check with other authors and books, as they provide such questions after brief details of the topic and in the end, write the questions on that topic and within brackets at the end of each question the year and the University that question appeared.

There is no legal restraint if the questions are republished with suggested answers.
