Reply not being filed

Dear Experts, In a proceeding in High Court against the decree of divorce, the respondent husband has not filed his reply to the petition within stipulated time allowed by the court. Kindly guide on the relief available to the appealeant wife. Can the right to file the reply be withdrawn from the hands of the husband at her request? Warm Regards, Rahul Singhal
