I want to go through the original text of Section 137 of the Representation of the People Act 1951 ,which has been repealed by Act No.47 0f 1066,but inspite of my best efforts I could not find it any where on books or internet.I shall be grateful if anyone can send me the text of Section 137 of the R.P.Act 1951 or provide me with a link if it is available on net. I want to know about the provisions of Sec.137 R.Act 1951 1nd I also want to know the reason behind the Repeal.
