Repair and renovation approval from town muncipal corporation

Good Morning, Can any one brief about applying for 'Repair and Renovation' permission for modifying the house and getting approval for the same under TMC limits ? I can approach TMC, but in general I would like to know the important guidelines and measures to be taken before applying for the permission.

The rules of TMC can be found on their website.

If you still would like to have more clarity, you may visit the office of TMC, get all the issues clarified including the formats or applications for applying for approval of the proposed works

Besides this, if you are unable to take required action it would be appropriate to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
