Reopening of closed stage in c mis dva case

Hello,

I wanted to know if there is any provision to reopen Respondent evidence stage when respondent side evidence is closed for party-in-person.

If there is any provision can we reopen using a Memo or should we file an IA.

Kindly advice.

Regads

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the possibility of reopening the respondent evidence stage in a C Mis DVA case, particularly when the respondent is a party-in-person. The consensus is that an application under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C. is the appropriate method to request the court to reopen or recall evidence. This would typically be filed as an Interlocutory Application (IA).

Thank you sir. I would be an Interlocutory application under this section.  My humble request if you have any format in this regard to kindly share. I tried to find online however was unable to get a proper one
