renting prop to students

Is it mandatory to obtain NOC from society before renting out prop when * society is not formed/ registered * society is managed by builder( who is very cooperative) * few members are unnecessarily trying to impose one or other demand towards rental norms.

If society is not formed then the question of NOC does not arise. Take Noc from builder

Thnks for d reply. Actually few members r pressurising builder not to issue NOC to rent out property to students. As in our case no society has been formed and an instruction to obtain NOC before renting out prop to any one, whether family or singles has been issued. In this case what shud b done.
