Is it legal for an apartment association to formulate a policy or by law to ban a flat owner in the apartment to dis allow renting his/her flat to a bachelor? Can such a restriction be laid down in an apartment association?

It is unonimous decision of association to debar bacholer tenant in the premises, there is no legal infirmity..

Sir the question I have is if some one wants to give his flat to rent to bachelors, association cannot stop him/her from doing so right? And association also cannot pass a resolution to ban flat owners from giving rent to bachelors.
Fromm what I understand from Dr vashista sirs reply it's an unanimous understanding among members of association and association cannot fomulate a policy as such. Please confirm Sir.
