We have a godwon and want to rent out it.
Can you please let me know, what should be the correct way means what type of agreement etc .. should be your hand before going to give it on rent at least for 3 years.

Rent agreement is ok.

Leave and License Agreement is better than a Rent Agreement for Landlord.
