Can a Tenant keep Paying Guest in his tenancy premises ? He will continue to reside alongwith PG, with common entrance and bathrrom.
Are there any legal ways if a Tenant wants to dispose off pagdi system residential premises, without Landlords Consent?

Without Landlord's consent,would amount to breach of the lease agreement and Landlord can take steps against you for eviction of the premises.
