I taken a building on lease for a period of 10 years from 2021 and is lease agreement is done registered.
Now this building is soon going to sell. My doubt is that, building can be sell with out cancelling lease agreement? Or only can be sell after cancelling lease agreement.

Your lease is valid and in vogue up to 2031, accordingly it is applicable to buyer, with changed landlord under the same terms and conditions, for which a tripatriate agreement between you, seller and buyer shouid be executed.

Yes, lease deed is valid upto 2031, if in case lessor transfer the leased property by virtue of sell even then you can't be dispossessed before expiry of lease period.
